6-WEEK COACHING PROGRAMME

The participants are coached once a week via email and have up to six phone calls with their personal adviser during the six-week coaching programme. You will receive the following documents from us:

  • Medical history questionnaire
  • Training and nutrition diary
  • Introduction to strength training
  • Recommendations for stamina training
  • Practical instructions
  • Nutritional recipes
  • Motivational support

The training and nutrition diary is filled out by the participants on a weekly basis and communicated to their coach. The coach then assesses the results, and if necessary will adjust the training programme. The coach is available at all times for any personal questions or tips We guarantee that we will answer questions as soon as possible.
