Mindfulness meditation
There are a number of scientific facts behind what appears to be a fashion trend that show that mindfulness changes certain areas of the brain that are important for, among other things, our emotions and our memory. This is the only way for our brains to remain healthy and functional, we can make the right decisions and protect ourselves from harmful stress. If you live your life in a mindful way, you will see that the experience of happiness and joy are not dependent on external conditions. Mindfulness meditation can change a person to their very core.
Mental coaching
Mental coaching enables people to grow beyond themselves, be open to change and call on their ability to perform at key moments. First of all, a location has to be determined and goals clearly defined. Mental training helps us to break down negative patterns of thought and behaviour, learn new things and simply be successful.
Pilates
Balanced full-body training with a preventative and rehabilitative function gentle straightens the body out. The main focus is on the core, the deep-seated muscles in the abdomen and trunk and around the spine. Precision and carrying out the moves in a safe and conscious manner is the top priority. The “conscious how” is key to the effectiveness of the training. If you want to go through life standing tall, you need to strengthen your back, thereby also ensuring a youthful, fresh radiance.
