Suspension Training
Suspension training, which comes from the US, is one of the most effective forms of training in the world and is a special kind of full-body workout. Your own body weight is used to train strength, coordination and flexibility at the same time while also improving the stability of the core. Suspension training is perfect for everyone who wants to get fit quickly. You can really get stuck in.

HIIT High Intensity Interval Training
High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT for short, pushes your body to its limits, using lots of oxygen and stimulating metabolism. Intensive training alternates with active breaks. Even just a few training units above the anaerobic threshold not only get you fit more quickly, they also improve stamina considerably. The best thing about it is that brief stints of high intensity training trigger an afterburn effect. This means your body continues to burn energy for hours afterwards.

Fascia Training
Fasciae are the soft tissue components of the connective tissue, a system that runs through the entire body. If they are neglected, they can adhere to one another. This is painful and can make us look really old. If you want to stay young, you have to rely on the right fascia training – a fountain of youth that regenerates collagen fibres and tightens the connective tissue. Trigger balls, fascia rolls and foam rollers can be used to roll and flex the fascia tissue. They strengthen your muscles from your head to your toes and loosen adhesions in a targeted manner.
